★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had them to do some dry wall and insulation repairs. Harold was great at helping diagnose the issue and their quote was reasonable. The guys that came in to do the work were very professional and covered everything so the was no mess. The results were perfect, I would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted KB pre-fab for a garage build, but asked for modifications to the plans. We got a thicker pad, and 12 foot walls. Harold, and his crew made it all happen. Instead of pre-fab the Garage was stick built onsite, to my requested specs. They gang at KB were a joy to deal with, efficient, and totally professional. Not once did they sacrifice quality in the name of speed. We had awful rain before the pad was poured, and they didn't pour until the ground was dry enough and the forecast would allow the pad to cure. All of the framing, roofing, and sheathing is top notch. I recommend KB to anyone that will listen.
