R	RKS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's KFC no review needed. The only thing about this particular location is that they have 3 cash registers but only ever open one. This causes service to be very very slow. Expect an average of a 10 minute wait just to place your order then another 5-10 minutes to get your food. Also, dispite having trays from Scotia Plaza they serve all orders in paper takeout bags. Considering 90% of dinners are going to eat less than a minute away at the food court seats this is a horrible way to treat the environment. ???
K	Ken C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's KFC. You know what you're getting. Staff are okay and service is generally fairly quick. Expect huge lines between 12 to 2 lunch times. Especially on Tuesdays for the special. The reason for the 4 stars is that if you're not too picky or aren't too hungry, it's one of the cheapest lunch options in the area with it's fill-up boxes.

But now the new beyond meat burger that's supposed to taste like meat (since that's the benchmark for good taste although I get marketing value of it) is okay-ish. It was still good when they launched it but now it's just so dry and bland.

M	Matthew Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I ordered a 14 PC chicken meal for my family on Sunday August 29th at 920pm, it was taking awhile so I called the store and they said they didn't recieve the order until after 10 when the were closed!? So instead of calling me they said I can get a refund in 3 to 5 business days! That was all the money I had on my card!, so now my family has no food and I don't get my money until the middle of next week! No family dinner this Sunday.

It's an average location in terms of quality, and also slower than most. There's crunchier, crispier chicken around this area.
