★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have great food! Fresh chicken and friendly staff. Manager is friendly and ready to help, my boyfriend had an allergy to tomato and the manager make sure that it will be prepare to a different table. Very good customer service plus newly cooked chicken always fresh ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order arrived for delivery missing half the items. Called the restaurant and the manager told me she would credit me 6 pieces of chicken on my order of 18. After telling her I want my entire order brought to me like I paid for, she told me it would be another 45 min, put me on hold for 10min, and reacted completely like It was my fault the order was messed up. Not once apologized, not once owned their fault. Should know better from ordering KFC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The incompetence has been going on for years. Either the staff needs to be retrained to listen to people or the speaker box needs to be replaced. Almost every time we've order from here, stuff has been missing or there's something we didn't order in place of an order we made.
