★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was friendly however the Zinger was the worst fast food sandwich I've ever had. It was like it was in the fridge for 4 days and then briefly microwaved before given to me. I only ate it because I was so hungry but I expect to need a washroom sooner than later...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped at KFC at 8:55, sign on door say’s open till 9:30. Wanted to order chicken and he said they don’t have any has there closing in a couple minutes. Maybe change your times on google and on your door, won’t ever stop there again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to order a 20 piece and no one answered the phone 3 times. Went online to order ahead and you are not able to this in Cochrane. Went in and ordered and just like I predicted a 20 minute wait for chicken. It's frustrating because I worked at a KFC in my teens and I know that they only keep a few pieces of chicken cooked on hand. In the future I hope that they can add a team member so that someone can answer the phone so that there can be phone ahead orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive Thru order totally incorrect. Pepsi was just brown coloured water. Ice tea was watered down. Got unreal chicken when specifically order real chicken. Garvey had no flavour.
Explain how an order could be so wrong?!?
Never eating there again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually good but today both of the famous chicken sandwiches we ordered were as if they were re-deep-fried. That's not performance. This KFC just lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken was yummy. The challenge I had was it took them 30 minutes to get me a bucket of chicken. No one would answer the phone when I tried calling from the vehicle outside. There was something wrong with the gravy too. I've never experienced a gravy that was so runny and lacking so much flavour from KFC before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this location in Cochrane! I ordered a 2 piece combo for 10$ and I received a kids meal box with a small piece of a chicken and 14 pieces of fries I assume ? definitely disappointed at this place. Very stingy service, never going back there again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say the service was courteous and efficient but the food was substandard, maybe an off day for the franchisee. Chicken was barely breaded a tad undercooked and the gravy tasted burnt. I don't like to complain publicly but if I was a business owner I would want to know.
