★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Uber for delivery. They had picture of 18 pics chicken with 2 fries, coleslaw n gravy n corn for over $43. So I ordered. Then I put in comment. All items same as pic.
I received fast great delivery.
But I only received bucket of chicken. Upon phoning they said that was it. That means to me it is false advertising on that website. Totally not happy that I had to go get fries from 7-11 to make our meal to now have with cold chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going into KFC once a mth for 2 yrs and I've never had such a problem getting what I want. I always ask for a 3 piece meal with fries, gravy and root beer. For some reason one of the staff don't listen and I almost always end up with no gravy. I'm not being prejudice but when I have issues its always with a philopino cashier. The white woman is great!! Its like the philopino either doesn't listen or her English isn't very good I dont know. I'm really getting tired of it!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch ever this is the second time that we had an issue at this place. I ordered on skip and there are always missing items on my order and such bad service I tried to call them but they just apologized and told me to contact skip instead.

THIS TIME ITS BEEN 120 MINS AND THE DELIVERY HASNT EVEN LEFT
JUST OREDRED A SANDWICH AND WINGS NOTHING THAT WOULD TAKE ANY TIME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drop off in this place today to buy some food and i am not happy at all for the lady in front. She rudely denied my 5 years old son upon entry because he was not wearing a masks which is now optional to any individual. She is so rude no smile at all..i asked her if they have washroom to use but she answered a hard NO. She doesn't have a patience to the costumer to choose what they want..pretty sure she is filipina..buwisit ka sinira mo araw ko kala mo cnu ka..kung wala kang costumer wala ka ring trabaho tandaan mo yan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened at 9:30 pm. Ordered delivery through UBER EATS here. I had to call this store because I received TWO different items than what I ordered. The woman I talked to was not friendly and was not helpful at all. When I told her that I got the wrong items, she just said that she’d only put what was on the screen but I told her that I was looking at the receipt and what I got and what was on the receipt do not match. So I asked her, “So, do I just call Uber then?.” She just said, “yep.” I get that you may get a lot of rude customers working in the service industry (so do I) but that doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude to people that aren’t rude to you at all.
