KFC

Seems like chicken here is larger and better cooked than other KFC. Lovely lady working the counter takes time to give you all options available to you when you need a large order. It took a while to ready my food and was offered a drink while I waited and was given 4 cheesecake desserts with my order gratis. Plus side of the wait was everything was hot and fresh. I really like this location.

They need to bring back small fries and gravy to go, not the papper bag and foam container currently.

Was there about 2 weeks ago, food was probably the best kfc I’ve had in years, Asian woman behind counter was extremely helpful and kind, top kfc place!!!!!

I go there every Tuesday for the Tuesday special which has increased over the years but and the chicken has gotten smaller but it's a good deal still. Only complaint really is that at this location the gravy's a little thin for my liking but that's a subjective thing.

food is salty and dry and workers dont know what theyre doing, rather u turn this place into a taco bell instead.

I got the worst customer service experience from this KFC. I DO NOT recommend this KFC at all. Employees are very rude and not helpful at all. They treat you as if you're trying to beg for their food and I truly had the most horrible customer service experience ever.

Ate here a few times. Nice renovated space however this time the chicken was overly dry. Sadly I've noticed the side salads are getting smaller and the taste not like it was before. KFC overall is not as good as it used to be.

Idk know how should I start this, I have had many bad customers service experiences in Toronto, but this KFC location tops all of them. I went there from so far to try there new plant based meal and ended up getting $32.00 worth of food, which included two combos, I asked the guy to please give me a can because I have to carry the drinks a long way, they are not going to survive the trip. He told us cans are only for deliveries and you can get bottle, but in order to get a bottle he will have to charge us $2 more. Here the fun part begins, instead of just taking $2 and giving us bottles instead of cups, he will have to refund the entire order and recharge us with a new order, and to get the refund it will take 4 days. He said he can’t just take the $2 it will mess up his inventory. I have worked enough years in service industry and nobody makes a big deal about this kind of stuff, no restaurant will refund you and charge you twice just because you want a bottle instead of a cup. There restaurant was completely empty, and only had two staff members were and looked completely miserable. Instead of helping a customer these people went to extreme lengths to make the ordering process super inconvenient. I told this guy to just cancel my order and just refund me the money because whats the point? If you hate getting customers why even open? Just close down the restaurant or work somewhere else why are you wasting your time and ruining restaurant owners business. Everything about this place was so unwelcoming, from the attitude to this cashier’s body language. I was afraid if I ordered again he might spit in my food. ?
