β β β β β Extremely Rude Staff, This is not a third world country treat your customers with respect please. I'm paying money for your service not the other way around. Worst location in the city. The entire staff needs to be fired. I should have read the reviews before going to eat here. If Management want to review who was on staff . It happened at 7:30pm March 10. Won't be coming back other chicken places nearby.

β β β β β From the other reviews it looks like this location needs a change. The most tasteless food and they can't be bothered to fill up the containers. Heaven forbid if you have a question in the drive thru. I won't be back.

β β β β β Worst KFC in Edmonton. I live across the road from this one. It's convenient but now have returned to my original store Kfc Namao. The problem with this store is Drive thru at 6pm for a 9 piece meal for example they have no chicken say the wait is 25 min. This has happened few times during peak hours. This store is scared to have left over chicken. NEVER have chicken ready. Also when you do get some you only get wings and drumsticks with 9 to 20 piece meals you may find one breast or thigh. For the most part giving you scraps. The staff is rude barely speak English and definitely don't serve service with a smile. This store has many other issues pertaining to their service and quality. I'm just noting the main things here Never any chicken and always drumsticks and wings. This store is rated low for a reason I hope the franchisee reads the reviews on Google and the many other sites that have it rated low. Also KFC canada should yank this store owner.

β β β β β Worst KFC in the whole wide world ?. Very rude and slower staff in the universe literally, I placed my order at 8:03pm and at 8:33pm no food yet decided to go inside to check when I got in the dumpster staff telling me to have a tenders instead of the chicken thighs and legs that I ordered because the ones I ordered was burnt I said no my kids want what they ordered about 30 minutes ago, he said it will take another 15 minutes, I was very mad but we waited and our food and finally got the food at 9:07pm. I will never ever buy food from that location and donβt ever either if you are in a hurry or if you respect time.

β β β β β Second time buying from this KFC, first time was terrible as the chicken tasted like it was handled by a smoker putting burnt cigarettes in with the chicken batter. Was I wrong to buy from this store again. This time I bought the family meal 20 piece with fries and gravy and received TWO ribs, ZERO breasts, everything else are legs and thighs. Not to mention the chicken was not fresh, had an off taste of left over chicken. I guess this particular store stays alive by ultra cost cutting and making a sub standard product.

β β β β β I'm not going to say too much else about my negative experience. It's pretty clear by all the other negative reviews that there is just a dark cloud over this KFC. I'll just say that the tall young lady working the window gave me the wrong drink (I watched her do it) and barely even said anything to me. It was so bewildering how I was treated that I almost started laughing. Like, hello? I'm a paying customer. Smile a little. I don't know who owns this place, whether Franchise or Corporate, but fix it up. Start over with the staff. Do whatever you have to because the negativity that is going on here is chronic. Make it right for the many customers. It's like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

β β β β β Most disgusting meal I have had from a KFC. Everything was cold except the salad which was warm. 2 pieces of chicken were old and reheated I'm sure because they were like leather. It also didn't taste like KFC normally does. This will be my last time ordering from this location.

β β β β β Very rude staff in the drive thru, i got the zinger box and the chicken was so hard, they might have stored it for few hours, i am also attaching the quality they give to you in $12 clearly they didn't even washed the chicken and a feather is stuck never coming back here
