★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get 16 pieces later in the evening and they gave me 14 and some tenders. All of it probably from day before from the looks of it. Manager said she would compensate me next day and refuses to do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 2 hours to get my order, I only got 7pcs when I ordered an 8pc bucket. KFC has eliminated all phone ordering and you cannot call any of their locations to see where your order is. Their 1-800 customer service number is useless, they can't even contact their own locations and they hung up on me twice. I have
never had a good experience from the Rochdale location. The manager at that location is the rudest manager I have ever dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this location - and take your business elsewhere! Went through the drive through this evening, and received absolutely horrible service. The attendent would keep interjecting with "anything else?" and then gave attitude at the pickup window when I asked to have the order repeated as she was very hard to understand via the PA speaker. Then to top it off, KFC is now gouging their customers. The attached photo is what $60 gets you. The popcorn chicken alone is $12.50 for a box that is now HALF the size it was previously. For a few dollars more we could take our family to a restaurant that serves a full meal vs fast food. Guess it's time to give others in the area some business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for supper half an hour before closing and ordered 6 piece bucket. When we got to the window the lady said “we don’t have any white meat”. We then asked if we can have some and she said “we don’t want to make any this late in day cause then there will be waste, and it hasn’t been busy at all”. We wanted white meat and she did make some but said it would take half an hour or more. We asked if we could get a discount or something for the longer wait, we were told no, nothing they could do for us for the longer wait. We waited but should have just left. Didn’t receive good service. Don’t want to return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because they tried to correct the order and were friendly. The bad. The past few years quality has plummeted in Regina KFCs. No more do you get dry flavorful crunchy skin. You get soggy, soft, greasy chicken with no crunch, swimming in a pool of old grease at the bottom of the bucket. Goodbye KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to branch of KFC, the order comes as asked most of the time, I love KFC and the food usually come hot and fresh at that branch. They have a drive through window and you can also order and sit as well. Big parking lot.
