J	Jay Bay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to be able to rate the food but I did not end up waiting the 30 mins the woman who worked there angrily told me I had to wait before I could order. When we walked in one of the employee's was making a sandwich and the other was putting on gloves. She did not say hello or great us she just immediately said "you will have to wait 30 mins" in a sharp none as she glared at us. She than said she had an online order to do and one other customer waiting to order who was sitting at a table. Would not recommend.
R	Rana singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to this location to buy a vegetarian sub but this time I have noticed, the employee making the sandwich used the same knife to tucked the veggies in which she used earlier for a beef sandwich and later I have noticed a piece of meat in my sandwich. Very disappointed.
T	Tom Mcdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and another gentlemen walked in at the same time on Sunday July 4th and the only employee they had working told us she had to finish filling 2 online orders...well those 2 online orders were a total of 7 subs! 30 minutes later...After watching her complete those two orders and the UberEats and skip the dishes had come and gone...me and the other gentleman were still standing there quietly and patiently! The only employee they had working then proceeded to start filling more online orders! I usually eat there 2 or 3 times a week...I will never go back to this location! Totally unproffesional to have customers standing in your store for 30 minutes (actually longer) the manager and store owner should be ashamed of themselves, leaving that poor girl to work by herself during lunch hour to deal with walk-ins and online orders! Terrible customer service! I also get a laugh out of how their site says "dine in" is open...every single table was marked off and closed they were not open for done in customers even though they claim they are....lazy employees who don't want to clean tables or sweep so they refuse to open every other table like they're suppose to be doing as the province re-opens restaurants and other establishments!

The lady that rang through my order told me there is a promotion on the wrap I got but since I paid I couldn’t change any of it. So she told me AFTER I paid for my meal. Pathetic really. If you want people to keep coming back, I suggest you change how you do business. Will not be supporting or recommending Subway anymore, especially NOT rochdale’s location!
S	SBM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Subway in the city. If it is after 6 p.m chances are they only have white bread and are out of every other kind. Never fails...If you want anything other then white you are out of luck. One would think the staff there would catch on an actually make more...esp on a weekend.
