★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brutal. First in line for the drive thru this morning when it opened at 6. Took 15 minutes to get 2 drinks. They messed one up so I went back. Once I got home I realized they had also messed up my wife's drink so drove back. By the time I got both drinks correct it had been nearly an hour from the time I had ordered. When I asked them what they could do to make it right their response was a shrug. Terrible service as far as product goes and equally poor customer service.

Even though from inside it was clean and well maintained place and the place was crowded though the staff was quick and the service was good as well and the coffee was as fresh as air would like to go there again for sure ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I go there is because it is open late. There's not much that can go wrong with coffee and a donut but it's hardly a welcoming experience. Earlier in the evening there are a couple of ladies, and they are quite pleasant but then they go home, and a gentleman takes over. I don't think he's ever given me any kind of greeting or acknowledged my existence. I feel invisible. Even when I leave, a goodnight would be nice. At that time of night the grills are being cleaned and the air is quite pungent and unpleasant. Often my eyes water. I am looking for some quiet time, and I don't appreciate the Indian music playing competing with the background music. Music is there to provide an ambience and that genre of music is not my thing. It's is meant for the customers not the staff. So more customer interaction and a smile and cut the Indian music.
