Great staff and wonderful environment

The best place to work at, every one works like a family. Management there is the best .

I drop in my resume and up till now no response. I have previous experience and also certified but still he doesn't matter to them.

After spending only short period of time with the staff I could immediately tell that at key Support Services treats the people they serve with the upmost respect. Plus the laughter and playfulness in the group is amazing. I would not hesitate to have a family member in their care.

PEOPLE EMPOWERING PEOPLE. (Please do read negative feedbacks before applying as this may affect your career as it affected mine) I don't usually post reviews but this company deserves it. I highly recommend working with them if you are interested in wasting your time and effort for nothing. Wonderful management and I personally never really got a chance to work in their team which I thank God for. I recently resigned from my work location as I had signed the offer letter with this company and was offered a full time position. After I resigned from my job, I tried several times to call them regarding the updates for the start date. None of the calls were picked or returned after signing the offer letter which is very unprofessional. When I tried calling from a different number, they picked up and told me to call later during their business hours. I tried again as I had no other option after resigning from my previous job. Finally the Executive Director picked up my call and told me she will reach back to me that evening. After few hours I received an email saying that "we no longer have a full time position available". Not to forget, this is after they told me that I was good to join and to resign from my previous job. I also requested for relief hours but no reply for that either. I was surprised that the Executive Director itself told me that "If you want we can give you relief hours and I don't like to continue this conversation" when I got back to them after receiving the email. This whole incident wasted 1 month of my time as I was unable to find a job and faced a lot of financial problems. I don't expect a lot from this company but showing a minimum courtesy to an employee or a potential employee would be really appreciated. Like I mentioned, wonderful management and best company to have your time and career wasted.
