They were great to work with via phone, email, secure document e-transfer, and interac payment. They were more thorough and caring than previous services and 2019 tax preparation also cost me ~30% less with them than 2018 preparation with another service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Kevin by a friend after I messed up my US taxes one year and got a bill for $13,000 (!). Kevin was able to amend my filing and resolve the issue. Since then I have used his services to file a gift tax form on behalf of my mother and simply to go over what forms need to be filed. Kevin is an incredibly kind and professional accountant who really knows his stuff. It is always a pleasure working with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust these guys to deal with your USA accounting. They dropped our account suddenly with a vague statement that reads "We are shifting our focus to Canadian-based dual citizens/Canada/US tax residents only. The fact is there are too many state and local jurisdictions with different rules for us to keep up with". For a company that claimed to be "experts" on USA taxes this sounds very strange. We are Canadian citizens working in the USA with property still in Canada. That is it. Very disappointed with this company.

Also, I was very happy that I can call him for advice and still be able to work with my local accountant to actually do our tax filing.
