Getting work out of Charlie was like pulling the sword from the stone. After a month of trying, I couldn't do it.
No follow-up or customer service to speak of.

He spoke with me on the phone about my situation and said he would prepare a package with with a description/cost of the services. I never heard from him, sent a follow up email and never got a reply.
Horrible service, take your business somewhere else.

Few of the accountants that we interviewed either had no idea or came up with loss making suggestions on handling our multi currency currency transactions and subsequent Canadian Tax reporting. Charles understood our needs and along with his team helped us deal with the book keeping and tax filing. His team is efficient and gave us the feeling that we were in the right hands. Thank you.
