I worked with Tim Harris on a 3 over 1 multi-unit residential building in Powell River. Tim acted as GC for the developer on the concrete portion (parking garage podium) including a heavily reinforced transfer slab. I was the structural engineer (professional of record) for the project. Tim planned well ahead, collaborated effectively with all parties, kept me well informed, and solved problems proactively and creatively. He also has a positive and friendly attitude.
