My wife was home alone and had to deal with an employee who was disrespectful, impatient and condescending. Gave us a chicken scratch quote that he couldn't even follow. Then, he accused her of miscalculating the final costs, which was impossible to argue because the original quote was so confusing, interrupted her and ultimately made her cry. The workers were uncomfortable with our dog, so we put him in daycare for the whole week... which we still had to pay for when they did not show up one day. The drywall work has bubbles from over-mixing the mud throughout the entire house and ultimately we spent a lot of our own time filling the tiny bubbles throughout the house. The workers didn't have the courtesy to flush the toilet after doing their business, and also left Tim Hortons cups in the sink. Told us they did not know we lived there, and left the house in a complete mess with drywall and dust absolutely everywhere, no appliances covered. Extremely disappointed, most difficult part of the entire reno. Would not recommend.

Work started Thursday at 8:30 am. We needed several large patches in our ceiling, where soffits had been removed, as well as one wall where the drywall was completely removed. Altogether, it was 13 patches. The drywaller was done in three days and the result is perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good quality workmanship and great customer service. They left the workspace clean and filled in some areas that we had planned to do ourselves at no extra cost. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! These guys are good! Thanks Doug!

Not only are we pleased with our new drywalling, we were thoroughly impressed with their excellent communication, their willingness to accommodate scheduling, and how personable the owner and employees were. We felt comfortable with them being in our house and we appreciated how they cleaned up their workspace at the end of each session.
