Dwayne was easy to deal with and flexible with making changes to his quote. The job was finished professionally and on time within the quoted budget. The crew was tidy and respectful.

The end work looked good thanks to the sub trades. Dealing with Element Restotations as a general contractor was a nightmare. I hired them for a job that we agreed on a 4 week timeline and 73k (estimate - so I knew it could be higher). On at least 6 occasions I was told I hadn't informed them of important information that I proved through emails I had indeed done so. We added extras along the way which they suggested stating "it might still be in the budget!"... After going almost 8 weeks and getting hit with a 94k bill (never once did they mention anything going above 73k), I informed them they were off the job. After attempting to negotiate, they threatened legal action if I didnt pay 90k which they said would settle our buisness. I came in and paid the 90k, then was sent another bill as soon as I got home for another 4k and Element then threatened to sue my mother and partner who gave him negative reviews. Oh ya... and they tried to post pictures of my project claiming "a custom entertainment unit" as their work... when I bought it straight from Home Depot (if ya want to see the post I got it!). Have to love those "honest" contractors, eh? Hire the sub trades yourself, Element Restorations turned what should have been one of the happiest moments in my life into two months of tears and stress as I was berated with bills I wasn't informed of and letters from his lawyer threatening to sue me AND my family. This was my experience with Element Restorations, as I wish a review like this existed when I was researching contractors. -As I cant reply to a response, I'll just tack on here. I have not once been contacted via phone or email since the day I dropped off final payment that they said would settle our business. Just the 4k bill they sent me as I got home because I refused to sign his legal disclaimer that would keep me from saying anything.

Dwayne and his company managed our massive home renovation. I was very impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. We can’t say enough good things! We love our ‘new’ home and Dwayne managed our project seamlessly.

Working with Element Restorations was the best decision we made for our renovation! They took the time to ensure we understood the scope of work, costs and helped us budget accordingly for unforeseen circumstances. We are thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend the Element team to anyone.

Just a warning for anyone who is considering working with “Element Restorations” . They did nice work... besides the fact that the bill was $20,000 over the last budget Dwayne informed her of. Also they finished 3 weeks late, they did not pay close attention to what the customer wanted , and lied before starting the project to try to get her to pay for more expensive flooring. Dwayne and this company completely took advantage of a 26 year old female home owner. I Highly wouldn’t recommend this company , they were extremely dishonest through the whole process. Also they claimed on their Facebook page that the entertainment center in the pictures they posted was custom, when it wasn’t at all, the customer ordered it from Home Depot.

Our renovation was busy and hectic as you can imagine the management and crew were friendly, helpful and professional and made this a great experience!! Plus we LOVE the work!! Thanks guys you are awesome!!!

I have a 1000 sg ft mobile and was wondering what a new roof goes for these days. According to them, $15 thousand dollars! haha. Couple other quotes were nowhere near that. When I asked about the quote (which gives zero breakdown on where your money is actually going), an auto reply just came back saying "customer denied job". This is on top of the 150 bucks and 3 weeks you need to wait just for them to grace you with their presence. I have zero doubt their work is top notch (it better be), but if you're intellectually inept enough to spend $18 dollars on a latte, the last thing you should be is surprised that it tastes good! Guy that came and did the quote was great though.

Element restorations put a new roof on my house 2 weeks ago. These guys where priced right and did an awesome job. The work crew was very professional, friendly and kept the work site very clean. Second renovation I have used them for and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend.
