★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice staff and I like their new location. If you're looking for Magic the Gathering this is the place to go. I find their board game collection to be very limited (some titles have been on their shelves unsold for years), and staff have even told me that they're not real familiar with board games. So if you're looking for board games, the stores downtown have much better selections.

After opening the package, shocked to find it in this condition. Looks more like a 'heavy played' card. With heavily worn edges and scratches on the rear of the card.
DO NOT buy singles from this store. ESPECIALLY if you can't see them in person before purchase.
Was my very first purchase from this store, and will be my last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kessel Run is not a bad place. Except for the more popular games, most the other games have to be ordered. Uselly, it does not take too much time to receive them. The have a game room where groups can play strategic games. Seems to be well organized. A good store for all your needs in social and party games..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely disappointed by the packaging I recieved for shipping. I understand that the free shipping option is meant to be nothing more than letter mail, but I also got a package that, due to not having product in stock, was sent expedited. Both packages of MtG singles came in nothing more than penny sleeves and the thin flimsy plastic sealables as shown.
I also sent an email in regards to them not having product asking if I could just get a refund on shipping costs since it would be cheaper to have it sent via letter mail, and never got a reply. So I was sent 2 packages, one Expedited and one free letter mail. Both came the same time and way.
As someone who plays a lot of games and buys through various different places, this kind of packaging is just unacceptable. At the bare minimum there should be a top loader, something made of slightly more rigid material.
I'm glad nothing got damaged, but I still can't agree with this kind of shipping practice. Even if you listed the cheap letter mail as $1 to cover the cost of a top loader or even the slightly padded mail would be loads better. But as it stands, I can't give a better review than a 1 star.
