★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is nice and accommodates reasonable requests. Great taste and good portion sizes for the price! Try it, a small is like $5-6 and is a great size to share! The other two reviews are just childish and petty. One is mad because they didn’t get a coupon because another store made a mistake and the other doesn’t have a sense of humour. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire experience let me felt unwelcomed. The staff reluctant to show me actual size when I asked. No greeting in the entire transaction just the feeling that if you want to buy then buy else don’t bother me. Popcorn is pre-made so not sure why the staff would make it difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popcorn tastes not bad. Price is pretty high. Credit cards accepted. Serve speed is normal. Employees are not nice and not friendly. Employees's attitude is super rude (horrible)!!! Located near the food court in Metrotown shopping mall. Public washrooms nearby. Free mall parking lot/structure available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I love Kernels popcorn and the location in Metrotown Mall is closest to us by a longshot. I walked through the mall at 5:30PM only to find that the shutters were closed but the lights were still on. I waited around for about 10 minutes just in case there was only one worker on shift that maybe went on a washroom break, but no one ever came.
Seems like they just open and close whenever they please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great popcorn! There are a few good choices. I brought the Chicago to work and my coworkers gobbled it all up. I believe they also deals for the popcorn they sell at a later time because they make their popcorns fresh at the beginning of the day. I was able to purchase 3 mediums for over $18

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright that my bag is not filled, but what's unacceptable is finding a hair in my popcorn bag. In hindsight, the two individuals that worked didn't have proper hair buns.
Will not purchase here likely again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a real find. The giant tin option comes with 3 flavors that you can choose - it is a GREAT party gift option, even better if it's a movie night. The flavors are surprisingly good and it's always nice to have a healthy snack.
