Kerem made the process extremely easy and clear for me to go through and was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. He worked with multiple lenders to ensure I get the best rate available in the market. He even recommended a law firm that I can work with and that was also a great choice.
I was very happy with what he delivered that I recommended him to my brother and he is currently helping him with his mortgage.

โ โ โ โ โ We worked with Kerem to apply for mortgage for our home in last fall. He did an amazing job to give us detailed explanation of different aspects. Then he provided multiple options from multiple providers. Once we chose the provider he helped us to collect all required documents. He was always helpful and returned back to us as soon as possible for all of our questions.
Just for comparison, we started working with our bank in the beginning where they lacked returning us on time and werenโt able to get us approved.
We are very happy that we worked with him and we got what we targeted for! We highly recommend to work with him for a mortgage application!
