My wife seen a p/u in the showroom.we agrochemicals the vehicle out of curiosity, Avery approached us & asked if we were interested. We said NO. Avery replied is there anything you would like to know? We asked different things & he graciously gave us answers. We ask about trade in etc.etc.etc.Avery wasn't pushy,gave options & we came to a deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a couple vehicles here they are decent to deal with give you a hard time and getting a good price but in the end you can usually make a deal.
The accessories department had some of the best staff I ever dealt with at a auto dealership same as a service staff very helpful.
Overall as good as a dealership can be with less hassle than other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe at Kentwood Ford was an amazing person. He sold me a new 2022 ford ranger xlt 4x4 with box liner etc. Very knowledgeable individual who cares about after sale communication. Would definitely buy from Joe again. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, buy from cam at Kentwood Ford. Service, from my past experiences, has been amazing. I had a f150 but I find the ranger allows me to zip around town and get into tighter parking places. Great towing and power from this ranger. Thanks Joe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a used car from them in 2019. Had I highly questionable experience where I'm pretty sure I caught a sales manger in a lie. I forwarded this concern up the corporate line, as the lie was about the vehicle safety check. Never heard anything back from them after the original response of "we'll look into it and let you know."
If I was looking for a vehicle, after my first and only experience with Kentwood, I would be looking at different dealerships and not this one. It does not appear to me that honesty and integrity was an important part of the culture there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I dislike dealerships, even more the sales staff, the gimmicks, tactics,etc. Tonight however I found a vehicle that caught my attention and made me go in to Kentwood Ford. And I got the pleasure of meeting/ dealing with Larry Wood. Wow! Fantastic experience, I went in to just do a walk around and ended up buying. NOT! Because of pressure, tactics, etc but because this guy just seems honest and real. Made the experience so easy and stress free. Definitely recommend ? Top notch service and experience
