★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s quite cartoonish how terrible it’s been living in these apartments, there are so many issues I could mention but I will keep it short and simple. The residences get water shutdown notices like every other week. Currently the hot water is shut off completely, management sent out letters saying until further notice. This is quite ridiculous since it’s according in mid October. Bug, mice inspections are an often accordance. As an owner it sucks having to cover for the costs of repairs done to the outside of the building for aesthetic reasons, like the bright porch lights that we have no control over. This building is on the sketchy side of town so you better expect visitors trying to enter the apartment lobby at night. There is literally nothing positive about this place other than it being walking distance from a busy bus stop and the north gate mall with its grocery stores
