★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went here to get a sugar service 6 weeks ago and i loved the girl Michelle. I re booked for today and when i got there, the lady before me and myself had to wait for 45 min for our appointments. The technician agreed to do unscheduled leg wax on a lady who was only booked for a short time slot, and pushed back the appointments. I would not go back for this reason. I left without my service, because it took so long for the 2 people ahead of me to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very unfortunate after so many years supporting this establishment that they chose to reprimand me for having to cancel my appointment today; I have symptoms of sore throat, hot and cold chills and according to Alberta health if you are experiencing symptoms you should not be coming in. They stated that I’ve had too many short notice cancellation. Apparently dealing with chronic back pain and having legitimate colds is not acceptable. I’m very disappointed as I’ve always tipped and supported them especially through the transition of getting a new group of women trained to know how to sugar. Be warned that they rather you come in with your symptoms instead of cancelling. Life happens but it’s disappointing when in the times of Covid you are expected to come in! I’ll be messaging Alberta health services to notify this is the protocol at Kensington Body Sugar. Keep in mind I’ve been going there since 2013 and have had to deal with a lot of things but apparently my patience does not mean anything nor my loyalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Kensington Body Sugaring services for countless years now. I have moved to and from Calgary and have always gone back to access the sugar services available to me. The staff are friendly and respectful. I am always comfortable, dignified and pleased when I leave! I will continue to access these services for years to come!
