★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping complex located on the northeast corner of 127th Street and 137th Avenue in the Castle Downs area, just east of the Skyview Power Shopping complex.
It contains some locally owned restaurants such as Richard's Donair, Hansik, and Manilla among others plus some fast-casual franchise chains (KFC, Pizza Hut, Cora, Pressed, and Tim Hortons). There are several retail stores such as a halal meat store and Dollarama, as well as services such as GYMVMT, beauty salons, a dentist office, a car wash, and a windshield repair place. Lucky Supermarket and Superstore are on the north side, just south of 140 Avenue.
