★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called as I need a bathroom taped and mudded. I had an appointment between. 9am and 11am.
At 10:50 I had to call the office manager to find out where the contractor was.
He called me at 11:30am to say he would be there between 1-2 pm.
At 3:50 pm he finally showed up took a 1 minute look and quoted $400 to $700.
That changed a couple times.
He offered to have another contractor come out to quote but made me feel my business was not worth his time.
I did ask (after) if I went with him what his timeline would be I was told he already sent it to the office for someone else.
So now still no completion date on site or a contractor to do the work.
No follow up from the office after his brief walk through after stating I should’ve just sent him a picture.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called the company to repair my drop ceiling and my toilet.
the receptionist told me they will send a handyman and a plumber the next day between 3-5pm and give me a call ahead of time.
no one called me on the 2nd day, so i had to follow up with the company at 4:30pm.
the company followed up with their contractor, and the handyman called me saying he's too busy to check and asked me to send a pic of the ceiling.
upon receiving my text, he said he can't do the job and will ask the company to send someone else.
the plumber never called.
when you have someone that take a day off from work, and you get this type of service..that's when you receive a one star.

He had the frame fixed in 1 hour, charged a minimal fee for materials, and we didn't have to spend another night sleeping on the couch. Great guy, great service. Great service and great people, always pleased!.
