He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The moral of the story is this: don't give up on busted electronics. A place like this can help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my device in because I had an issue with my PS4's disc drive. Conrad was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what exactly was wrong with it. He gave me some options to fix the device, which I ended up deciding not to do and he still cleaned the inside and got the fan working properly for free. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Would gladly return as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conrad is the man! I brought 4 Xbox One controllers in with some serious stick drifting and he got 2 controllers working 100% and the other 2 80%-90% free of charge. Absolutely amazing. I also had the pleasure of watching him deal with an elderly lady who came in with issues on her phone. He was such a patient and kind gentleman. I will recommend this place to all I know. Great job and much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conrad is very thorough. Makes sure you understand what the issue(s) could be and let's you make the decision with all knowledge available to you with no pressure. I have no clue about electronics. Clean, happy friendly service. I got my sons PS4 cleaned inside and out no charge!!! And a new board put in for little cost in comparison to buying new system. Amazing group!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say that I was very impressed at the service I received at this location. I brought in a Nintendo Switch console that was the original launch edition from 2017. There was a loud buzzing noise and the hardware was heating up. I dealt with Conrad and he offered to do a cleaning of the fan free of charge and put some new adhesive around the fan to see if that would work. I could have replaced the fan if needed at what I thought was a reasonable price and it would be done the same day. Seems to be working very well so far with the cleaning alone. If the fan does indeed need to be replaced down the line, I will definitely return here to get it done. Great customer service. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend to give these guys a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop by with me and brothers PS4 one with hardware issue and the other with stuck disc and was I need of a cleaning! Conrad helped me out with both which was great! He was super friendly and accommodating and I left with both consoles working like brand new! And I didn’t have to pay for the brothers console which was great and my was actually affordable! I definitely recommend this place if anyone is having any console issues, Conrad’s is definitely your guy!
