★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to go. I got a coupon from group on. They treated me like I am some kind of cheap client. I still didn’t understand,if they couldn’t handle the low price why would they put it on a group on. ? My friend purchased 25$group on ticket and he got 2 hair wash and nice hair cut with exceptional customer service. I purchased same coupon with discounted 20$ and they treated me like they are doing some kind of charity to me with only one frugal hair wash and in 10 min they wrapped up the cutting(that’s the lowest amount of time i have ever spent at any hair salon). I would never ever go there.

They are always willing to give new ideas and vision to styles. Location is well kept and clean and trendy. Lots of parking and easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Men’s Haircut and Deep Conditioning off Groupon for my fiancé. Atmosphere of the hair studio is really great. They offered me coffee or tea while I wait for my fiancé to get his hair cut done. I was comfortable and would have gladly sit and wait there for a long while if need be! Plus, Jason did an amazing job on my partner - he was quick and efficient, and did a amazing cut in 20 minutes (best hair cut for my man based on what I have seen so far)! My partner had nothing but great comments about Jason - “know what customer wants based on a few comments, efficient and skillful!”
Probably the best barber we ever come across! We will definitely be back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff. Owners are top notch people. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to be honest. They created an environment that is both comfortable and classy. Offering complimentary tea’s/drinks if you arrive early is a nice touch. The location is solid. Easy to access. Decor and vibe is great all around.
On a personal note, Jay has been cutting my hair for a good part of a decade and I have been receiving compliments for just as long ?
He does tight edge-work and great colour! Would definitely suggest Kenneth Michael Hair Studio (and Jason specifically) to anyone and everyone. Book your next appointment there and you won’t be disappointed ??
