Called Kenetic due to no heat in Feb. They were onsite within an hour and the tech was very courteous and respectful of Covid safety precautions. He had us fixed up within an hour and didn't take advantage of us for an after hours call when invoicing. Would highly recommend Kenetic and would call them again.

The team supported and tended to our old forced air electric/ wood burning combination furnace for 9 years. Over this time, they responded to several “no heat emergencies” with the old furnace in the freezing winter, one time even in the late evening during the wildest snow storm. I distinctly remember saying…”they will never come this late at night and during this snow storm….just as they arrived!” After 9 years of creatively and attentively maintaining the safety and functionality of our original 1987 furnace, Kenetic Energy installed, a much over due, new high efficiency propane furnace in 2017 to heat our 3,200 sq ft home. The team guided us in propane suppliers, the amount and location propane required, trenched the under ground propane supply through mature landscaping, and you would never know it was done the day after. We are so happy with the new high efficiency heating difference, and only wish we did it years earlier. In the Fall of 2020, having heated our farmhouse with a wood burning cookstove for many decades, we finally decided to install heat pumps to make life a little more comfortable. The bonus in the Summer of 2021 has been the air conditioning the same units have provided through these brutally hot days. Kenetic Energy of Havelock was hired to do the installation and we have been very pleased with the overall experience. Their crew worked through rainy days, cut out a nasty bit of cement wall to accomplish the efficient installation and left our home and yard neat and tidy when they were done. They were a pleasure to deal with and our dog Buddy found them to be highly trainable as far as throwing balls and frisbees goes. Buddy highly recommends the Kenetic Team if you should happen to want to upgrade your heating and cooling system.

The Kenetic team have been looking after our furnace and hot water heater for a number of years. When our propane hot water heater died last year they were at our home the next day with a new unit. The service technicians always arrive on time and are very neat in their work. They explain exactly what they are doing. Invoicing for work performed is simple since the staff create an electronic invoice instantly and a copy is e-mailed to us within minutes.

Kenetic installed my heat pump and were clean, prompt and professional. When I needed a service appointment, they were here right away and took care of everything at a very reasonable price.

Working with Team Kenetic has been great! They restored a lot of confidence from our previous experiences with HVAC trades people. Currently there is a major vibration coming from the Trane furnace but I expect Mike or Richard will correct that shortly. S & D Knight

Our WaterTank kept turning off over the last couple days, so I finally broke down and called Kenetic Energy Ltd to come out and check out water tank. Because I called in around 9am, Nichol said they would definitely try to come by today if not the next day. Well to our surprise 3 hours later they showed up and fixed the issue in no time at all. Great fast friendly service. Highly Recommend!

Our ductless AC/heat pump system was installed just in time before our hot humid summer started. Kenetic gave us a date and arrived when they said they would. The installation team was professional and skilled, working in a timely manner and cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. After installation was complete we were provided with hands on instructions on operation and maintenance. The system is incredibly quiet and efficient and we're very happy with our purchase and the service provided by Kenetic.
