From my registration, initial conversations and first appointment, I am already impressed by the staff that are extremely polite and helpful, while being firm on covid rules and policies. Definitely confident in my choice to come here now. Thanks to those who helped me out.
J	Jessica Dickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient for a few years now. I was diagnosed with a serious condition at this clinic by 3 doctors at this location. I needed a refill as my conditions hinder me to my bed and walking is nearly impossible. I called and the nurse were EXTREMELY rude. She told me "WELL IF ITS AN ISSUE, GO TO THE ER." This will be caused me to take time off work as i cannot walk and need to visit an ER... which will be further delayed as they are doing more tests (which i've already done before). I was completely dismissed by the nurses and reception. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you or your dependents have any serious health conditions.
C	Camie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely adore Dr Morgan. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and cares about his patients. My husband and I both see him and we travel from about an hour away. Well worth the trip every time. The staff are always very welcoming and we have never had trouble setting up an appointment.

Also, in contrast to some of the comments and ratings that have been left I find the reception staff to be extremely helpful, kind and professional. The thing about these ratings are they give one side of the story. We don't know how polite these people leaving the ratings were being. Perhaps one should examine one's own behavior as well. Just because my experience has been completely contrary to some of these people's.

Although, I am under Dr. S. Goulet, I have been very well treated and listened to by all. Sometimes we all need to remember they are providing a very important service to their patients, and we need to appreciate that they are also at the mercy of a health system that is under stress and delayed due to COVID-19. Please be respectful and understanding and I promise this team not only deserves it, but they also work hard for it. Thank you so much Dr. Goulet and TEAM!

Dr. Slava Goulets is my family physician but I have had the pleasure of seeing others on the staff during after hours visits. I have nothing but wonderful things to say and I am often talking to friends and family about how I leave every appointment feeling seen, heard, and deeply cared for. As someone with significant medical anxiety, I have often struggled to take the best care of my physical health but Dr. Goulets and the staff at KHWC make me feel warmly welcomed at every visit. Dr. Goulets is truly a shining star - he takes the time to connect with me as a human being, immediately puts me at ease, and clearly takes the time and effort to educate himself between sessions so that he can provide the most appropriate care for my needs. There are no words that can truly capture my appreciation and gratitude for the clinic but I hope this will at least offer something to those who are looking for a GP. I should also note that as someone who identifies as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I often feel vulnerable in health care settings. This, paired with anxiousness, has lead to many uncomfortable experiences in the past but the team at KHWC are EXCEPTIONAL. I have never felt anything other than safe and affirmed by everyone in the building. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
