T	Thet Fatica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my husband Joe and I have Dr Littman as our family doctor. He is very knowledgeable and always listen to our concerns. We are lucky to have him! We also really like the clinic. The staff is very organized and the nurses are nice.

He is a great listener, a wonderfully skilled and intelligent physician, and laughs at my silly jokes which is so comforting for my anxiety. He takes our health, including our mental health, seriously, answers questions without judgement and is not dismissive in any way. I was once informed that I didnt have to suffer anymore and Dr. littman has been one of the strongest components for reducing it in my life. The clinics staff are really skilled and wonderful, and do the best they can to make sure we are heard and seen by a physician. I have nothing but praises for the nurses who are a joy to encounter and support us, no matter how brief it sometimes is. Thank you all so much for your hard work, you have made it possible for me to get back my health and to have a voice in my wellness.

The care put forth by this team is far beyond 5* Dr. Yau's wealth of knowledge on my medical issues, fears, r acknowledged.. His compassionate demeanor is genuine ?...(He's pretty funny as well lol He, they, changed my life in a way..Hard to find a Dr with a superb team.. so grateful to be in their care (p.s. don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes in waiting room ?, how many others can say that lol) More Dr's r needed like him to care for the world..thank you
J	Jonathan Reuther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the most great. Over the last 3months ABSOLUTELY AWFUL Called in to speak to my family doctor, I was told minimum two week wait for him to call me back. When he called me back all he did was promise to refer me to a ortho person. 3mnths later no one has called me and i still have a screw sticking out oh my ankle. Next experience: (completely neglected in time of crisis) about 6weeks ago called my doctor to ask him to refer me to the prompt care clinic at the royal. I am the brink of loosing my mind and have a masive nuclear breakdown and I can't get a single mental health professional to see me. I was told a referral to the prompt care clinic would be quick. So after not hearing anything for over a month i called back and the sectary didnt even know if he had sent a referral or, she wasnt sure even what I had requested. So i exlained to her THE exact thing i explained the month prior and she said ok shell look into it. SO i wait two weeks, i can back and she says she doesnt know cause the doctor is on vacation. I called back today and now the clinic doesnt even take calls anymore unless its at a super specific time, like thursday 10am. Meanwhile, everyday goes by im spiraling more and more out of control AND NO ONE WILL LISTEN TO MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOUR JOB PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED HEEEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TWO MONTH AGO
J	Jan Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The recorded message does not say when the clinic will reopen. How can someone make an appointment for something that is essential but not an emergency? As well, no access to help on the weekend. I am not impressed with the communication at this clinic. My physician has always been helpful when I can actually see her!
C	Colleen O'Neill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. Dr.Littman is probably the least helpful doctor I've ever dealt with. I come to him with serious mental health issues and all he does is tell me"yah that's hard" and prescribes a new medication instead of actually trying to help. Was also told "it is what it is" with my cyst pain and when asked for a gyno referral he told me "I don't know what you're expecting them to do." I don't know doc, maybe help me, since you can't. Haven't seen him in person in over 2 and a half years, only gives me 5 minutes of his time over the phone. Not sure what he expects to diagnose with that. Also, everytime you call to make an appointment, the phone rings for 10 minutes and then you find out he's either on leave, or on vacation, try booking in 2 months. I've spent hours crying over the lack of help I've received from him as my mental health deteriorates and I continue to deal with tremendous pain. Do NOT recommend.

G	G WD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic is well run. I have been a patient for just over three years now and recommend it. The doctors take as much time with you as you need, but only once did I ever have a long-ish wait. They are not overscheduled, so you get good quality care and follow up. The waiting room (pre-pandemic) was never jam packed. Sadly our doctor is leaving the practice, but I hope to remain a patient of this Clinic.
