★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small selection of what was needed. Staff was not knowledgeable when asking them questions about the products and then questioned me why I needed the specific product i was looking for. Store was lacking product and organizing. Not happy and likely will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the service desk doesn’t know how to look up parts He is always to busy even if you give him the part number from there website. I called six other BMR’S and they all were able to look up the part but Kemptville is the closet location to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was never asked to wear a mask for the 15 mins I was in the store but when I got to the cash they refused to sell me the products I was wanting to purchase even though I had a medical exemption. Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 or the Human Rights Code that is discrimination. Store manager treated me like a dog and told me I could be served outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to BMR/RONA/HOME HARDWARE Kemptville for helping to bring a much needed HOME DEPOT to our community. This place is a joke. Terrible staff. Non-existent management. Filthy dirty. Empty shelves. Excuses. Over promise and under deliver. The owner that is not involved in the business or just doesn’t care. Rumour is they bought BMR Winchester to screw that one up too.

Was belittled and ridiculed by the head cashier as to why one of the products didn't have a bar code or product number, the staff member that retrieved it from the back failed to provide one. I've never been so poorly treated or experienced such horrid customer service. They should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building materials order desk is a joke. Waited in line for 5 minutes while the behind the counter employee talked to a customer about fishing. I needed shingles. I knew exactly what I wanted and how many bundles. The counter employee insisted I look at an old decrepit shingle display and then proceeded to look after another customer. I spoke up and said I just wanted to order 14 bundles of black architectural shingles and that I did not care what they looked like or the brand. The employee said that he couldn't help because they were short staffed! I had no choice but to walk away. Not going back.
