A	Andrea Boyko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021 update - service was very good each time we visited this summer. I will continue to eat here while I visit. Food was really good. The buffalo potato skins were delicious. The cheese dip was as well. I had the buffalo chicken with a Caesar salad for my meal. The service wasn’t good. It was over 30 degrees outside on the patio and I asked for waters for us to start. The server never refilled the water or even offered to do so. She didn’t clear the table and we were a group of four at the table which left little room for the food and drinks. I actually had to put glasses below my chair to get them out of the way. I also had to stack the plates after the appetizers to make room for our main course plates. She did not clear the table until I handed her the plates. I don’t think I would return here due to the poor service. The manager Kelly was serving another table and she was super friendly and cordial with the others.

Be careful though this is the second location I have been to where I ordered for curbside and after 15 minutes past my pickup time I had to go in to find my food sitting on a table. Half my food order was cold so a little disappointed. I just really get annoyed about the curbside issue since I tip generously for the convenience. All apps should go the way of uber where you tip after you have been serviced.

When we sat we were greeted by the waitress Britt. She was absolutely fantastic. There was a little mishap but she cleaned it up straight away. She definitely made our night, and she 100% deserved the tip she got. Thank you for making our night :)

Our apps were good but there were so many flies that we had to cover our meals with napkins to avoid them getting in our food. We mentioned this to our waitress asking if the door could be closed to stop this and that we couldn’t eat our food after having flies in our food. Our waitress simply said sorry and immediately brought us our bill without any further discussion. I work in the restaurant industry so I’m very understanding but it was disappointing to leave half our food behind after paying $70. Service was a bit slow but they were busy so it happens. ETA: the restaurant reached out to me after this review and offered to send me a gift card. It has been 6 weeks and I did not receive it. They asked me to follow up and email if I did or didn’t receive it but my emails have now gone unanswered. It just looks like they wanted me to take my review down or edit it, but after the initial contact, they were done with me.

M	Mary Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Kelsey‘s Friday night. June 3, 2022. The place was hopping. We didn’t make a reservation. But we only had to wake 10 minutes. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Make sure we had a seat right away. Even though the place was absolutely packed. The food was delicious. Delivered hot and on time. I wasn’t expecting that as the place was so busy. The waitresses were amazing. I complemented them several times and how they were doing such a great work on a busy night. Definitely recommend this place.
