He ended up putting it in Neutral and pushing it. Ive made it abundantly clear that the vehicle is not a toy, that it's used literally every single day and yet their go-to appointment for an oil change is "dropping it off and hopefully we get to it later this week". There's a reason I bought it somewhere else, I just wish I didn't have to go so far to have the other dealer (Quad Expert) change the oil

Only to be handed a $1400.00 bill for carb work and the bike still doesn't even run. Banville won't order after market parts. Be sure you get a quote in writing before dropping off your bike or be ready to be screwed over. Roger will sell anything. Get your check book out for the worst service department I have ever seen.

It's refreshing to know that there's still honest and hard working businesses out there like this one who takes the time to understand your needs and provide their experience and opinions to help you make an informed decision. I felt I was in good hands from the minute I walked in! They let me test drive a couple ATVs and even made recommendations based on my riding style. Their service was incredibly fast, such that I was able to pick up my new ATV ahead of schedule and in time for a wicked mud run that was planned for the next weekend. Thank you Roger and your team for ensuring very personal and professional services! I can't wait to put this thing to the test... (after the break in period of course).

They quickly and efficiently restored it from being on life support to as good as new in less than two days. Can't thank everyone enough for the support. If you have a Yamaha ATV, Side x Side or bike I highly recommend them for sales and service....top Notch.
J	J S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have my motorbike safetied last summer, the bike failed. I asked to talk to the mechanic why he failed it, his response was when he rode the bike he had it stall out on him. Even though they shouldn’t be riding my bike at all I continued to ask for more detail as to what gear he was in. His response that he was in third gear at approximately 3000rpms, that would mean that he was riding my bike at over 100kms on Petawawa boulevard which is a 60. The bike also failed because the rear brake was sticking, leading the mechanic to tell me I probably have to replace my rear mast cylinder, it ended up being that the Allen bolt holding the rear brake was too tight by a quarter turned. I brought this all up to the older gentleman who was the manager and was basically told there’s nothing wrong with what they’ve done. This unacceptable, a bike should not be joy ridden regardless of the speed. My safety was not refunded. I brought the bike to another shop and it was passed without hesitation and I rode it flawlessly all summer.
