★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The marina at Sayward is a bizarre experience, the breakwaters are scuttled ww2 era ships which have deteriorated into an state remaniscent of an apocalyptic dystopian future. Worth visiting for the photo opportunities alone. There is a cafe at the docks which is open friday through monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a well kept marina. There are washrooms will showers available. Winds from the Southeast will roll into the marina fairly rough. You will not be able to get supplies within walking distance as the nearest store is 10 km away. I found the locals quite willing to help. I was able to secure a ride to the store and back as I was in need.
