★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. My email and telephone message was not responded to. When I called five days later, the lady said to call back and talk to Cheryl again. I tried to tell her I hadn’t been able to talk to anyone and just had a question. She seemed resistant to talk to me, like I was interrupting her, but I finally persuaded her to listen to my question which she answered. However, she made me feel like I was bothering her and wondered if she even wanted my business. I would love to buy local but as a new knitter, was very disappointed with the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing little store! They had lots of yarn brands I had never heard of, and all of the different fibers/sizes! The lady working while I was visiting was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was easily able to help me find what I was looking for! I only wish I had bought more haha! I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Kelowna!
