Well the first class we jumped into real situations, and techniques in how to defend yourself from very possible situations. This is by far the most effictive, practical system of self defence you will ever learn and I am so grateful for the Sensi/head instructor for offering something so incredible right here in our home town. I highly recommend you check this out!!
