Chris Kading is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Curtis Brigham, founder of WAMMA Canada. Chris is an experienced amateur Muay Thai and MMA Competitor who has learned from some of Canada’s finest Muay Thai and MMA Coaches including Bart Curtis and Joe Doerksen, respectively. With over 20 years practicing and teaching martial arts, CK can help set you up for a life-long journey of enjoying all the benefits that a martial arts lifestyle can offer.

One-Hour Lesson $75 + gst

The classes are for anyone whether it's their fantastic Kids Bullyproof Program ,Competition team classes for Thai Boxing and Jiu Jitsu, or their beginner classes that are great for any fitness level they cater to the entire community and it shows through the diversity of members of all ages, shapes and sizes.
