Our Projects

Contractor’s Corner is striving to create affordable housing within the city of Brandon. We have at this time completed and achieved occupancy now of three multifamily residential homes and building four more this year.

Contractor’s Corner also participates in renewal of old properties. We purchase unwanted homes and renovate them into desirable homes. If you have or know of one of these homes we may want, call us!

Please exercise self awareness when integrating professional finishing with your own DIY jobs; it's not necessarily the preferred demographic of all professional tradesmen and that can be a difficult lesson to learn. Make sure your contractor is a good fit for the job you're hiring them for - professionalism, respect for your home regardless of its age or condition, will be far more valuable to you as the financier of the contractor's work. A homeowner should never feel ashamed, or shamed by the work they hired a contractor to complete for them. The contractor is not doing you a favour by completing a job to a sub-par standard they feel you deserve out of circumstance. Don't forget, the work you are hiring a contractor for may be just a "job" to the tradesmen but it's an investment for you, regardless of the budget. The finished job is something you have to live with. Find a contractor that cares about and understands the relationship they are being given the opportunity to cultivate with you. Is Contractor's Corner the right fit? Think about that very carefully. If they are, hopefully you feel the same way once their job is done. ?
W	Walter Hector on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the laminate itself couldn't be have exceeded our expectations more, the fit and finish are embarrassing. Upon questioning why the install was completed in the way it was, sitting on top of the cabinets instead of fit to the cabinets and an exorbitant overhang on the sink unit, blame was deferred to what they had to work with amidst the existing fixtures. This was a custom job, the room was measured 3 times - there is no excuse for custom countertops to not custom-fit upon install. We had no warning or opportunity to discuss or review any alleged defects in the room that would prohibit a professional looking install. We're now left with an expensive counter top that looks like it came from a salvage job. Contractor's Corner was not interested in engaging in a constructive discussion to rectify the relationship of the transaction.
