D	Doug kitching on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome camp with more activities to do than you have time for. Fire pit is easy to set up magic starts at as well, just expect a lot of walking as it isn't a small camp.
M	Morris Zelmanovitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's my review of the Kelowna airport. We rolled up to the airport at 5:30am, it wasn't super busy, the Westjet counter had a good flow, moving nicely. Security was moving quickly, we boarded smoothly, took off on time, smooth flight, decent landing. Good experience all around.
L	Leah Jaburek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small sized airport. Very strict safety protocols in place. Excellent restaurant with the White Spot, Tim Hortons, Subway etc on site. Gift store and duty free. Can not watch the planes take off from the area behind security. I love their slogan "Your Link to the World" YLW the code for the Kelowna airport.

If the airport is in any way busy not only is it difficult to find a place to park but if the people you are dropping off have to wait in line for any extended period of time the 1/2 hr maximum isn't long enough.

Get your feet off the counters (disgusting) and help direct the customers who don't know how to use apps or phones. When a group of check-in attendees all say "I don't know, that's not my job" it means you're all replaceable, need more training or the team needs someone at the help centre who is trained for that. Even clear, written directions and pictures would go a long way.
G	Grace Hinton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to give a special shout out to the lady with the black short hair on the West Jest customer service desk today. For someone who gets super anxious flying and just at the airport in general, she made my whole experience a really positive one. She was so helpful as I’m going on a connecting flight and my luggage was overweight and she helped me save an $115 fee by helping me take certain things out my luggage. She was also extremely friendly. It’s people like this in this industry that can completely change your day and make a usually scary experience, a really positive one. Thank you!
B	B M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This airport used to be amazing. Now with the lack of places to eat and drink is becoming a huge issue. They should be having signs up before you go past security. The this will give the passenger a decision if you are looking to have a snack before your flight. It's been a long time since I have seen all eating areas open in the airport.
C	C G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, easy to navigate check-in and departure. Once through security there are currently very limited options for food or refreshments. Only place open for a sandwich was Subway but only one staff working. Line up of 10+ people. The gift shop will sell bagged candies or trail mix and bottled water but be prepared to pay a hefty price. Coffee shop closes at noon and doesn't offer food. White Spot closes at 18:00. YLW still claims international airport designation but currently doesn't offer services or amenities that would be expected of an international airport. Update: Good luck getting free water or a cheaper alternative than the gift shop right now. With the number of people traveling during the holidays it would be nice if YLW stepped up during the month of December.
