★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2005 Honda Civic had a speedometer issue where the needle was getting stuck at various speeds or simply not working at all. I took my car in at 9am on Monday morning and it was done at noon. Sam in the office was friendly, helpful and professional, and the cost was less than what I was originally quoted. My speedometer has been working perfectly since it was fixed. Kelowna Instruments also guarantees their work for a year. Overall a great experience, and saved me the $1200 that Honda had quoted me for a new cluster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did an awesome job for a good price! I have an F550 truck that the odometer wasn't displaying in. The cheapest repair I could find at a mechanics was around $900-$1000. I was able to take out the instrument cluster myself and send it to Kelowna Instruments who repaired it for $200 plus about $90 shipping to and from Calgary. I sent it to them on Thursday and had it back by mid-morning on Monday. Installed and it worked great! Great Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire that needed all 4 instrument cluster servos replaced. Kelowna Instruments removed the cluster and completed the repair in short order.
Who could ever guess that my fuel pump would fail at my next engine start attempt. The tech who did the repair came out with his code reader and confirmed a fuel pump failure. He said if they were lucky they could get the fuel pump going. A few rubber mallet hits to my fuel tank got me on my way. Without his help I would never have got the engine started. I feel he want way beyond to help me out!
After my fuel pump was replaced I noted an issue with one of the indicator lights on the instrument cluster. After showing this to Kelowna Instruments they offered to have a look. The cluster was removed and repaired within an hour. This was covered by their one year warranty.
The repair cost was more than reasonable at less than half of the lowest quote I got. The service was stellar and the warranty repair was as promised.
I highly recommend Kelowna Instruments and thank them for getting me on my way.
