★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me a 20% restocking fee after I paid to ship the product back which was incorrect anyways from the start. Also watched him grab part of the shelf that was 10ft away this was a $600 part so 20% is substantial also it was not a special order.

Added review-had squeaky brakes,had Carts plus pick up recently and check out,although there was nothing wrong to be found,after 3 month of squeaking, now there is no noise at all.Thanks very much to Randy and the crew for solving our problem. Always good service. From Alma/Ken

We were looking for an electric cart. First time purchase of an electric cart for our campground in Nakusp. Erwin was extremely helpful with information on the pros and cons of an electric cart. We ultimately purchased an EX-GO electric cart. When we arrived to pick it up we were greeted with a smile and more importantly a very knowledgeable technician (Larry) who walked us through the care of the new, to us, cart. He explained in great detail and easy to understand procedures to keep our cart running smoothly. We did have a minor issue with the cart shortly after getting it home. The professionals at Carts Plus send Larry to Nakusp to fix the problem as part of the warranty. This is a 3.5 hour trip one way. AMAZING! We can not recommend these guys highly enough. If you are looking for a cart, gas or electric this is the place to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of years ago I had my cart serviced at this location; the customer service and friendliness of the staff was always exceptional. Unfortunately, I recently had an extremely negative experience with Carts Plus. I called to inquire about an issue I was experiencing with my cart - the service I received this time was quite different from before. The person I spoke with, claiming to be the owner, was very abrupt and extremely unfriendly. When I expressed how I felt about this level of service, I was hung up on. I feel any business owner should be concerned with this type of feedback.
