★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first agent was all show, boast and ‘no go!’ In 6 months, we had three showings. When we asked Kelly to take over, he came in with a level-headed, honest approach to selling our home. This was a very flat real estate market, and despite many visits, the home was in a difficult price range, and failed to pick up a buyer. Rather than walk away and leave us with the struggle of making a mortgage payment on two properties, Kelly helped us find some excellent renters and they stayed in the house for the next two & a half years! During all that time, Kelly kept up his support, helped us with small issues during rental and even worked around the tenants until they were able to move. The house sold fairly quickly after re-listing, and we were hugely grateful to Kelly for all of his effort and support. He’s an honest, down-to-earth guy and we enjoyed the trust we were able to put on him! Definitely a good business person and a good agent!

Not only did he not blink at the situation with the ex and her unreasonable expectations but he did not try to lower the previous price the other realtor could not sell it at or ask us to update! He replied to every text, message and call within minutes but not longer than a few hours ( and that was just my side), he reassured and walked us through the process with grace and an ensuring confidence.
I really believe that if you haven’t even asked for a meeting with Kelly for the sale of your house, you are selling yourself short. He gets the job done!!

He understood what I was looking for, making suggestions for potential houses without pushing me to settle for something that wouldn't work.
