★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought about $50 of food and the dissatisfaction is unbelievable. The koobideh had cartilage in it. Not only was cheap beef used, but the koobideh mixture had too much egg in it. There was no parsley or onion served with the traditional Persian dishes. Also, the tomato served with the dish was cut into half and it should not have been. I am very unhappy with this place and will not return. This is not authentic. If you are going to charge over $15 per dish then at least put some quality into it!

I ordered the Koobideh Kabob meal and it comes with rice, grill tomato and two kabobs skewers for $13. I found it really well done, good quality and tasty. My friend also ordered the Joojeh Kebab and loved it. I also tried a piece and I have to say the chicken was cooked really well and not dry.
I am definitely going to become a regularly here. Must try if you want to try Persian food in Oakville / GTA West area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really went down hill since the ol man stop taking the orders. i constantly ask for no tomatoes and it is ignored. They don't even take your name down when you order. I used to love eating here but i will not be returning. Seems the passion there has been lost.

I didn't give it a 5 star due to the cleansingness and the place is surrounded by industrial units. Place definitely needs an up lift even if it's just decluttering the counters and kitchen area.

The prices did go up and you don't see that on the menu on Google maps.
I got the vaziri which is 1 skewer or ground beef and 1 skewer of chicken
