They contacted me in April to re confirm and got hold of me for an appt. this past Monday. Came on time, did everything they said they would and my 11 year old aggregate driveway looks like it was just poured. Highly recommend these guys, top notch service, great communication and professional billing and payment. Well done guys, see you in two years! HW

I had a pressure wash and sealing application done to the inter-lock pavers a few weeks ago on the driveway, patio and walkway. The wash tech. did a great job and the sealing application looks amazing. They showed up on time too! I have different colour driveway and walkway stones and the sealer blended them so now they look the same. Really great crew, great workmanship and super nice guys to work with. Thankyou!

All communication by phone or in person with the team was polite and instructive when questions were asked. We highly recommend the company and will use them again in the future.
J	Jennifer P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed at the level of service I have received from Crystaller. We had stamped concrete done last year and decided to seal it this year. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. We had a slight issue after the sealer was put on; it rained that evening and the following day, which didn't allow the sealer to dry properly and made white spots. I contacted Sandra, who was more than happy to address my concerns. Steve (owner) came out the same day to assess the situation and it was dealt with immediately and we could not be happier with the results. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the workers, office staff and even the owner were all so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

Had fading and yellowish staining throughout various parts of my driveway. Reached out to Jack, Steve and Sandy on several occasions and they essentially told me nothing can be done. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and ownership from Crystaller, especially from a repeat customer over the years. Well I managed to find another company who were able to remove the old sealer that faded. Their commentary was that the product used was likely an inferior product and compounded further by applying it when the stone was still moist, which I would wholeheartedly agree with. Then we added the sealer from Kimbol (locally found in Vaughan) and the product is excellent! If a mistake is made, stand by your work and product and make it right! There was NO desire from Crystaller to make it right and that is the most disappointing aspect here. Buyer beware!
G	Greg Provender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystaller sealed my front porch, walkway and rear patio in 2021. This was the first re-seal after the concrete company poured at the end of 2018. Shortly after the treatment, there were signs of fading and discolouring throughout. I advised Crystaller and Steve returned and addressed the affected areas. About two weeks later, the problem returned. I reached out and spoke with Sandy and informed her that we were experiencing the same issues as before and was told they would return again. The team returned and retreated all of the stamped concrete. This time however, they did not put down the anti-slip sand. Now that the weather has turned and whenever it rains, it is very slick. When it snows, it is like ice underneath. Further, Canada Post reached out and told us they would not deliver mail when the weather is inclement due to the condition of the concrete. At that point, I reached out to Sandy twice via email and left a voicemail. To date, we haven't received a response from Crystaller. It is no longer a question of appearance, now it is about safety. As this is an expensive service, you will need a reputable firm who will stand behind their product and install.
D	Don Nicks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystaller power washed and coated our patio last year. It looked wonderful. After a few weeks it started to show raised white spots and appeared to blister. They came out and applied a solvent. By early fall the blistering reappeared and now it's very severe. We have tried to contact them this spring but with no response. We have called and left a message as well as sent an e-mail accompanied by an attached photo. Still no response. We just don't know what to do next.

Start to finish Steve, Sandy and their crew were great to work with !! The quote was reasonable and timeline to get the job done was perfect. Rob did a great job, it looks brand new !!
