β β β β β I had been dining in kb&co since they started first in Edmonton downtown location. Today I ordered a smoothie but itβs extremely watery and Iβll say dq makes better smoothie. I donβt know if just this order today or their quality control is really bad here. But seriously, please make good smoothie, no one wants chalk dust mixed in icy water.

β β β β β Heard about this new spot on social media, so opted to check it out while running errands in the beltline. Had the Coconut Thai Salad, while my wife had the Tumeric Toona Sandwhich. We split a chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter bar and topped it off by sharing the coconut chai smoothie. My salad was delicious, with coconut rice, fresh veg, ginger and a lovely light dressing. The sandwhich was extraordinary, crammed with veg, and had a lovely bite from the wasabi mayo. The smoothie was perfect chai flavour chilled for a smoking hot day. No pictures of the desserts because we devoured them. The cookie was soft, chewy and fresh. The peanut butter bar was fashioned like a Nanaimo bar, rich and decadent. Highly recommend you add this to your list of plant based choices. The service and atmosphere, even in Covid times, was refreshing and lovely. Only downside, does run on the expensive side.

β β β β β I've always been hesitant about vegan food, I finally got to taste some at kb&co and am now a firm believer that vegan food can be delicious. I came here for an event, we got to sample drinks and their menu with various different food items, and I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed every item that made it's way to me. Wonderful place and food.

β β β β β One of three restaurants I have tried that does not cause me any suffering afterwards! Gives me energy and makes me feel satiated and nourished without feeling deprived. Fresh, clean, delicious and lots of variety. Lots of gluten sensitivity options and all organic. Friendly staff and great ambiance. We drive in from Bragg Creek for a meal out or takeout when we are in the city

β β β β β WOW, first time here and it did not disappoint! The Coconut Thai Salad was bursting with flavors and the portion was big! Also tried the Mushroom Mocha Latte which was so rich and delicious. Beautiful place with lots of seating & friendly service. Fresh ingredients with fair prices. Looking forward to my next visit!! ?
