★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't deal with them. I contacted Kawartha Drapery back in June to get replacement cord for Hunter Douglas blinds. I was asked to take pictures and email details. Its now Nov, and I have no response to emails or voice mails. I was interested in purchasing other blinds for my home but I will seek out another Hunter Douglas dealer after this experience.

We recently picked out blinds for several areas in our home. Within 1 month we now have them and professionally installed. We had Monica guide us along the way, we certainly will be using them again.
They also do custom linens, tablecloths and bedding. So check them out, you won’t be disappointed

Karen suggested these waffle weave blinds and she came and measured and showed me samples I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my home once. they were ordered and they arrived and a great installer came installed them, in no time at all. He took all the debris away with him and Wala I have the most lovely blinds now in that room thank you kawartha draperies. Another successful project with Kawartha.
