Lauren designed a new layout for the bathroom which included a complete destruction of the bathroom. Lauren designed a new layout which included moving the door into the centre of the room which provided an ample amount of light from the large bay window. Josh did an excellent job installing brand new tiling, a large glass shower door, new tiling within the shower, a new vanity and a new toilet. Along with the complete bathroom renovation, Josh transformed two rooms into one. Josh closed off the entrance into the one room and opened up the wall between the two rooms. Between Lauren’s bright ideas and Josh’s hard work, L & J Design and Renovation makes it seem like any ideas for home renovations can come true!

I have always done things the same way and Lauren was able to show me a different way to see the space. Their instagram account is a wealth of information for our design needs and always has a new way to make create a warm and welcoming space. She is so quick to respond and gives helpful information! I love when she was able to use the pieces of furniture I already had and just change it slightly. These little changes made a big difference! Thanks Lauren for your dedication to making our space homey and on a budget!

Lauren was awesome with communication and helping to pick flooring that would go in the new space. Josh did a great job at installation and was so quick! Our dining room looks so much better. Will definitely use your company again in the future :)
