★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were customers of another pharmacy in the area for a few years. We always felt ignored and that we were a nuisance to them. We made the switch to Queen's in the last year and could not be happier.
The entire staff is welcoming, helpful and efficient. They greet us by name and always thank us with big smiles. We would recommend Queen's Square Pharmacy to anyone looking for wonderful customer service.

You want quick, instant, friendly and professional service?
Do you support small, local business?
This pharmacy is lights out better than the larger pharmacy's that are so busy that their customers become nothing more than a number.
At Queens Plaza Pharmacy I was treated kindly, quickly, professionally and when I go to get my prescription (after calling in to have it filled) I am in and out within 60 seconds.
Try doing that at Shoppers or Rexall.... It'll never happen.
5 Stars all the way around!

I have never experienced such outstanding personal service from always remembering my name, quick turnaround on prescription refills and getting my annual flu shot. I can’t recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Ross with a severe case of Sepsis infection . I told the receptionist , two nurses and the Doctor I was allergic to penicillin and guess what they gave me " Penicillin " . Went back the next day and they told me I would have to wait hours to see the doctor to fix there screw up , I went and seen my Pharmacist Alpesh and with in minutes he phone my Doctor and had the problem rectified !!! Hands down the BEST Pharmacy in Lindsay ! Alpesh and his staff are caring , fast and super friendly plus they know every single customers first name when they walk in the door ! See if you get that at Shoppers or Rexall . Thanks Guys

They are incredibly attentive with clients needing extra care and meeting needs before they are in crisis. He ensure he is knowledgeable about clients special needs. Truly make each person in family feel at ease, and like we truly are valued.
This team also has no issues with meeting special pharmaceutical requirements
