This walk always satisfies me. The Lettrari Loop is just challenging enough to make my heart beat and just easy enough to take on at short notice.

Very nice hike along a beautiful river. Enjoyed visiting Kaslo after 55 years

A beautiful trail, just steps away from town! Well traveled, but not too busy. Plenty of amazing views of the river, and a few places to stop and sit for a minute. Curious about the old wreck of a car we spotted!

Don't go in the winter. Trail fully covered in snow.

I walked this trail twice one day during a visit to Kaslo. The first time I my own and later the same day I walked it in the opposite direction with my wife. For being so close town it is a really wonderful trail to walk if you have an hour or so. I was on the lookout for opportunities for some nature photos and found plenty to point my camera at. Even in October there are some flowers still in bloom. Several bird varieties and some squirrels to be seen. The river itself is quite lovely. There are several amusing concrete sculptures on the upper end of the trail which were quite unexpected and added to the walk through the forest. The two bridges are in themselves quite remarkable and worth a visit. I applaud the efforts of the local supporters and volunteers he erected them.

Still had a bit of ice in some spots. Nice leisurely walking trail though. Reasonably well marked but somehow we still got onto a longer trail. All good, just wear good shoes and you'll be fine

Pleasant easy to moderate hike. The two bridges spanning the river are gorgeous. There is the option to extend your hike by adding an additional loop. One of the few trails that you can do without skis or snowshoes in winter. Addition of sculptures along the trail is a bonus.

Wow Kaslo what a treat! These waking trails along the river were so cool. Very accessible from a few different parking lots. Lots of different ways to connect the trails for a variety of distance and challenge. Cool pedestrian bridges. Interesting art installations. This was just an awesome spot for a family hike.
