T	Tom Gough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks very much Joe the owner of Kaslo Automotive, my 86 year old father in law was visiting in the Kaslo area and experienced a fuel leak on his mini van and required a fix right away. Potentially a very dangerous situation, although Joe was very busy he took the time out of his busy schedule to put the vehicle on the hoist to investigate the fuel leak, it was a loose clamp on the fuel filter, which he repaired at no charge, we tried to offer him $50, and he would not accept it. Joe you are a very kind and thoughtful person, kudos to you on behalf of all the seniors you have help out.
R	Rachel King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i was driving into Kaslo my Subaru cross trek was making some awful sounds. I saw Kaslo Automotive - decided to get a professional's opinion. I walked into a neat and tidy automotive reception area where i met Joe. asked him if he would come for a ride and check out the sounds coming from my vehicle. of course he said. he didn't even have to get in to hear the noise, one look was all he needed. he took my vehicle in immediately, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and timeline and sent me back to Nelson in a courtesy car. Joe phoned me when he said he would and quoted me the amount of the bill which was as he had said it would be. Now I am a senior woman without mechanical knowledge about vehicles. My husband had always taken care of those issues. However i do have a couple of experiences where i was taken advantage of in this area. But not by Joe at Kaslo Automotive. what he said needed to be done and how much it would cost and how long it would take is how much it cost, how long it took and was what needed to be done. So thank you Joe from this senior, untechnical and previously cynical woman.

It was a huge relief as I needed to get back home- I’m very impressed and appreciative ☺️ 10/10

Within 15 minutes I had the nuts broken off and replaced with new lug nuts at no cost at all. I would highly recommend this establishment, they provide friendly and high-quality service!
