The team here is great with customer service. I got a wheel alignment and had my 4 tires checked and repaired here. Although it took a bit longer than expected, I was satisfied after realizing they ensured my peace of mind with my car. I got recommendations for future repairs and their professionalism is great.

This shop deserves no less than five stars!! For those of you thinking of checking out Level Auto, come down and see for yourself how great this shop is. You know how I know? I've known the owner Mark since the early 2000's. We worked together at a dealership. Dealerships and big chain auto repair shops don't have incompetent auto technicians working for them (Canadian Tire doesn't count!!), as it would be a liability issue. Let that sink in for a moment! The best thing about Level Auto is that you'll receive dealership quality repairs, without dealership crazy prices!! I came here for a four-wheel alignment and Mark did an awesome job as I knew he would! My Lexus is driving straight as an arrow!!  Come and get professional work done by Level Auto. Cheers!

Just moved to the area from the west coast. I found this shop online and drove past it a few times. I used their services, just a few maintenance items, nothing major. Overall i am pretty happy with the service, their prices are very reasonable and dilivered my car back on the time discussed.

I was recommended to this shop from a friend, since he's had a good experience. I am a professional by no means, but I recently did some front end work (control arm bushings and tie rods) and I needed an alignment. Booked an appointment here, and towed my vehicle in. Tech was unable to dial in the alignment and I was prompted a series of questions; was the vehicle damaged, did I install the parts properly, did I buy generic parts or platform specific, etc. After several days of the vehicle being in the shop, they were unable to do the alignment, and returned the vehicle (which was pulling worse than when it came in) free of charge and I towed it back home. The shop was unable to provide a conclusive reason as to why the alignment could not be completed, however they recommended there must have been something wrong with the parts I purchased or I missed something during installation. Before I went down that rabbit hole on their recommendation, I thought I'd get a second opinion from another shop. The other shop had my wheels squared up and tracking straight within the hour, yippee. Though Level Auto never charged me for the alignment attempt, it was a major inconvenience to leave my vehicle over, in addition to my out of pocket expenses for towing it back and forth. I believe they did make an honest attempt with the alignment, but lacked the proper training and understanding with the procedure. Response to owner: As much as you wanted it to be, it wasn't a customer installed part issue. With your 30+ years experience your best guess is that the bushing "fell" into place during a tow - another reason why dealership experience has no merit. To a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Got a set of four tires installed at this location, i purchased online on their site and got a decent price on some off brand tires. I was amazed to see the guy who was installing the tires using an automatic machine, I asked if i could have a quick look and this machine is like a robot, with very little interaction from the guy working on it, very cool technology and got the job done timely and had good customer service through out the process... first time ordering tires online was skeptical but worked out ok. At least now let the winter driving begin, thanks guys will see you again.

I live in Newmarket and I passed a lot of places that do wheel alignment but these guys are pros. Had a small problem with wheel shaking at high speed called them they had me in for service in 3 hours. Checked all of.my suspensions and did a wheel balancing. Total price 50 dollars. Car is like brand new again. You hope you never need the service but when you do these are the guys you want to find & fix the problem . Thank again for the great service

I've been coming to Level Auto for the past 15 years and Mark and his team of hard working professionals never stop surprising me. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. In my 15 years of coming to Level Auto I can't count the amount of times that Mark saved me money with either hints on maintenancing my car, or telling me do a certain service is not worth it at that time. Having that honesty goes a long way for me and I've been to mechanics that say I need to change something every time I come in. I also love the state of art equipment that Level Auto has, with their laser based tire alignment machine and their new robot tire balancer. I know when I come here my car gets the attention and service it needs and I'm forever a fan of Mark and his team! Keep it up Level Auto!!

I went to two other mechanics to check my Jeep because I was hearing a noise. First place said there was no noise and no problem. When there clearly was. Went to the next place and they were making issues that were completely unrelated to what my actual car issue was. Came to Level Auto and within 10 mins they knew exactly what the issue was and were able to target the sound and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price!! It is so difficult to find good quality mechanics who actually know what they are doing and are not out to empty your wallet! Level Auto is a honest and trustworthy business! They did a fantastic job fixing my Jeep! I highly recommend this shop!
